Order Cancellation


We accept order cancellations before the goods are shipped.

If you cancel your order before shipment, we will issue a full refund.

Cancellations can no longer be processed once the items have been dispatched.

Returns


We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be unused, in their original new condition, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all returns.

If the return is caused by the customer’s personal reasons, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the product is damaged or unusable due to our fault (such as product defects or shipping issues), please contact EBYTE at ebyteiot@cdebyte.com. After verification with our technical team, we will arrange a reshipment or refund.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a delivery notification email to you.

We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account.
