Returns & Refund Policy

We accept order cancellations before the goods are shipped. If you cancel your order before shipment, we will issue a full refund. Cancellations can no longer be processed once the items have been dispatched.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be unused, in their original new condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all returns.

If the return is caused by the customer’s personal reasons, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the courier company you choose.

If the product is damaged or unusable due to our fault (such as product defects or shipping issues), please contact CDSENET at cdsenetshopify@cdebyte.com. After verification by our technical team:

1. Return Requirement: We will determine based on the actual situation whether you need to return the defective or damaged item.

2. Return Shipping Fee Bearer: If the issue is verified to be our responsibility (such as a product defect or transit damage), all return shipping costs will be fully borne by us (CDSENET), and a full refund will be issued to you.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order; if the issue is the seller’s fault, We will reship the item or issue a refund; approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a delivery notification email to you. We will also inform you whether your refund request is approved.
